So reassuring you can actually speak to someone when you have any queries and they actually listen and explain things in lay mans terms. Both myself and my husband are now with SAGA for car insurance and am relieved to find such a great Company who don't complicate things . I recently was involved in an accident and deemed non fault driver, the support I’ve received from the first call was fantastic. I was provided with a replacement car within 1 hour and everything was dealt with very swiftly and smoothly. Excellent Customer service and exceptionally easy to deal with. The Customer support team go that extra mile to help you choose the right package for your needs. Their higher end option is exceptional value, for a few extra pounds they will hold the premium price for 3 years. Competitive premiums

The insurance premiums are competitive, and the online forms are easy to fill in. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and very professional. There are various levels of insurance to choose from.
