I recently was involved in an accident and deemed non fault driver, the support I’ve received from the first call was fantastic. I was provided with a replacement car within 1 hour and everything was dealt with very swiftly and smoothly. Excellent Customer service and very easy to deal with..

Excellent Customer service and exceptionally easy to deal with. The Customer support team go that extra mile to help you choose the right package for your needs. Their higher end option is exceptional value, for a few extra pounds they will hold the premium price for 3 years. Competitive premiums

The insurance premiums are competitive, and the online forms are easy to fill in. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and very professional. There are various levels of insurance to choose from. Fortunately, haven't needed to make a claim, but am sure it would be handled efficiently should the need arise. Reviewed on: 1st October 2025

SAGA Motor Insurance - Excellent

SAGA Customer Service staff answer phone calls very promptly, and are always courteous & helpful. On my latest renewal, I was guided to a more comprehensive policy, better suited to my needs. I like the option to fix the premium for 3 years. Reviewed on: 1st October 2025
