Excellent value, and great customer service.

They are the only insurance company I have dealt with that reward customer loyalty without hiking up prices at renewal. I also had to claim for Winscreen damage, and had seamless experience. Was replaced at home at my convenience and all associated recalibrations completed without issue, and even refined my dashcam. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

A refund when I bought a brand new car!!!

I was chuffed when I changed my car, like for like, but a brand new one and I actually got a refund in my premium!!I like the 3 year fixed deal as well. staff are always helpful when you phone. Certainly the last time I phoned it was a UK call centre, which is a big plus. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
