I've been with Saga for car insurance for the last 6 years, fixing the rate for 3 year periods. Excellent value, very competitive. I've not had cause to claim so can't comment on that process of customer services. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025

Renewed insurance after auto renewal reminder

Reviewed insurance with them prior to automatic renewal. Carefully discussed needs to make sure policy was still suitable and agreed a slightly better price for renewal. Advisor helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
