Takes to long to answer phone

Been dealing with Saga for some years off and on. The only really frustrating factor is waiting so long for one of their team to answer the phone. Hearing that your call is important than waiting for 15 minutes plus makes it very frustrating Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Quality cover at a quality price Saga every time

Took out saga plus car insurance 3 years ago , and have kept a fixed price for the last 3 years. Decided to buy a new car recently and was able to change over my policy at no extra cost, renewed this September for another 3 years and the price was less than£10 on top of the quote I had 3 years ago. The service and cost , plus the excellent cover make my choice of saga for my insurance top of the list every time. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Rang up to add my daughter and son in law to the car...

Rang up to add my daughter and son in law to the car insurance since their car had become unroadworthy (and they had just got married...!). The agent understood the situation and suggested I put them on for a year instead of 2 weeks as turned out cheaper. At same time also renewed the policy for a year at almost the same price as I paid last year and now with 4 drivers on the car. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Saga Motor Insurance is exceptionally great value and highly competitive in todays market. Using their web site was made so easy with the menu driven questions. Had a problem checking but called SAGA customer team and they helped immediately and I was able to proceed with buying my valued Car Insurance. Reviewed on: 4th September 2025
