What happened to saga insurance?

What happened to saga insurance? that use to be such a good company to deal with now they just pathetic and totally amateurish. I did not receive my car insurance Renewal invitation or any other paper work regarding the Renewal of my car insurance. When you ring up you cannot understand the people on the telephone are saying and they do not have a clue what they are doing too a point of being unless Also mysaga website is totally unless one very hard navigate and was designed by a 5 year old !!!!! Who likes silly pictures There are NO printer friendly documents/information pages other than ones silly pictures and stupid coloured nonsense on them. Excellent experience over many years. Good value for money, especially 3year pricing hold. Staff happy to help and reassuring should any issues arise. Breakdown cover the best from any destination to get you home. All matters dealt with regarding repairs at local garage and temporary replacement car.
