Always contactable at the end of the phone with patience and understanding and matters sorted with confidence. I had an accident two years ago and they were angels while I was sitting in a damaged car traumatised and barely able to speak. It was like my best friend was on the other end of the phone. I felt protected and cared for which actually made me more emotional but the relief was immense. I will always use and recommend Sage insurance not just for their competitive prices but for the service that lays behind the scenes which cannot have a monetary value. Depends on who you speak with, some agents are more helpful than others, also I would have expected Saga being UK based not South Africa. I was changing my car and was not too happy with the new price so used comparison sites which were a better price, got back to a different agent at Saga and were very helpful and nearly matching the cheaper price so stayed with Saga ( why could I not been offered the price when first called) Reviewed on: 28th September 2025

Good value insurance.

I am over 80 and my renewal with NFU had increased quite a bit. I reviewed the Web and found that Saga offered an excellent cover with a very competitive price. Very happy with the experience of selecting Saga for my car insurance. Reviewed on: 28th September 2025
