Overall very pleased

Overall very pleased by the service, staff and policies. I would have rated higher, but there was an issue when I switched vehicles soon resolved, but still a little miffed Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Competitive and good to deal with

I have been with Saga for a number of years and they are an excellent company to deal with. I always get a very competitive premium unlike some insurance companies who treat existing customers less favourably than new ones. The staff are good when contacted. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Good policy and you can speak to a person when needed.

I have my fully comp car insurance with Saga now, I was with them before . They are not the cheapest in price, in fact they are middle of the road cost wise, but I do like their policies and above all you can phone & speak to a person. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

My previous insurer doubled their quote suddenly eve...

My previous insurer doubled their quote suddenly even though I’d had no claims over 25 years and never had to claim or been in an accident. I asked why and was told they didn’t need to say but reaching pension age seemed to be the answer Many other insurers previously used also wouldn’t provide cover presumably for the same reason I didn’t know where to turn and a friend suggested Saga. Contacted them no problem and friendly staff and clear information re coverage and even suggestions to bring quote in line Continues to be like that and I have recommended them to others too Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
