Each year I have renewed I have been so impressed with the eagerness of your team to ensure I am dealt with as a valued customer and all promises met of various challenges and issues arising. I can’t speak highly enough of Susie in July this year in terms of bugs in the IT system on my online account difficulties and even to the point of call backs to ascertain all the problems were resolved.
