We had one of our cars stolen from our drive early i...

We had one of our cars stolen from our drive early in the evening despite having security cameras and a steering lock. Saga were very supportive and talked us through the process for an insusrance claim. To our surprise we were offered far more than we were expecting plus several items in the car swhich we had receipts for - i.e. my husband's walker. Excellent company and I would thoroughly recommend them. We also have home and buildings insurance with them as well. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Brilliant ohone service.

I have been using Saga for decades now and have 3 cars insured with them - they are incredibly helpful on the phone. I just bought a new car and was looking at several, and they were very happy to give me quotes each time. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Great Advisors at the end of the Telephone Line

I never have issues with SAGA - their advisors give clear and concise information and always do their best to understand your needs. Their renewal letters explain the cover perfectly and I like the fact they show what I paid last year too, so you understand what the new policy costs in terms of increase/decrease in premiums.
