Fantastic in a Crisis

Was unable to repair car due to Covid19 and delays, impressed with the staff that dealt with case especially as they were working from home, car was totalled, no hassle with pay out, now have another car and have remained with saga and am now looking at purchasing home insurance with this company. Excellent value car insurance

Easy And thorough process. Very pleased with the person I dealt with during early “lockdown”. I managed to secure an excellent 5 star premium to remain the same for 3 years for my car insurance. Excellent service from Saga

During 2019 l had two Occasions when my car was damaged By Two drivers the first damage occurred by a uninsured driver who Initially I wasn’t aware and she in fact gave me the wrong insurance company however Saga found out that it was incorrect. the second occasion; the person did not wish to put the claim through their Insurance.
