Excellent, easily accessible advice from a trusted company. Everything about dealing with saga is straightforward: from the first promptly answered phone call, to the details of cover in the documents. The staff at the CallCenter speak to me about insurance in language I understand, which is pretty remarkable in the insurance industry, in my experience. I completely understand the motor insurance cover that I am paying for and it is tailored to meet my needs. I have the full confidence that I can go anywhere in my car, safe in the knowledge that should something untoward happen, I will have someone to turn to who can resolve any issue satisfactorily, and without unnecessary worry on my part. I am particularly pleased in that I have fixed my motor insurance price for three years. I found this very attractive when renewing my motor insurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending saga to any one who is fed up with looking at comparison websites and then finding out that something is amiss in the small print.
