Im very happy with my car insurance gone down £100 this year not happy about my home insurance went up from £350 a year to £800 they could only get it down to £600 got it for £400 some where else wasnt happy because ihave been with them a long time. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

I found that when I rang them to renew my car insurance they were very helpful. Although I haven't had to contact them about anything else I found them to be very helpful especially as I live on my own and a pensioner it is very daunting when you have to speak to someone about insurances etc. But they put me at ease.
