A Company that cares

In my experiences with Saga I have always found their staff considerate, courteous and helpful and quick to respond to any issues that arise. Being well over 50 years of age it is reassuring to know that a Company exists that does what it says on all its advertising literature. A first class company.

I have both car and home insurance wi th Saga and have always had first class service. Needed a good reliable Insurance for my car.

We were recently hit at speed by a driver who struggled to keep control of their car round a bend nearly hitting us head on. I got as far away as possible to my left and luckily they only scraped all along my offside. If they had hit head on we would have been seriously injured. Needless to say they didn't stop. I reported to the police, but nothing they could do as my dashcam did not pick up the number plate in the pitch dark. Saga were brilliant dealing with my claim, and everything was resolved with no hassle, although I did had to pay the excess as they could not claim from the other driver. Both my car and my wife's car are insured with Saga. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
