Saga sorted my car insurance needs

Good company for car insurance.

Generally a good company to deal with although they should address the telephone delays when contacting them. Annual price increases can also be excessive. This may be intended to push customers towards their three year guaranteed rates. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Easy, excellent service.

My best ever Insurance Company

Saga are the only Insurance Company who will not take a payment from a customer unless the customer informs them they want to renew it. A wonderful example of how fair and honest they are. I wish they Insured vans as well as cars. I will always insure my car with them. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Excellent service

Good price for renewal with more benefits attached than higher priced companies quoted. Also my telephone enquiry was answered in less than 5mins. I know due to the pandemic people are working from home but other companies I contacted I was left hanging on for well over half an hour. This certainly doesn’t give reassurance that in an emergency the company were contactable. Saga staff member was helpful friendly and very efficient.
