Pleasantly surprised.

Signed up for a three year fixed price car insurance last year. Phoned Saga to inform of a change of payment for this my second year. I was asked if anything had changed. Mentioned that I expected my annual mileage to be 2000 miles lower and was pleasantly surprised my premium already very low compared to many quote’s was reduced by £20.00. Further it is easy to contact Saga. You are not kept waiting and the staff are polite and pleasant to speak to. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Quick and efficient service

Saga took the stress out of a situation where our new and stationary car, was damaged by another driver in the car park. The bodywork was repaired at a body shop near to our home, and we were provided with a hire car equivalent to our own car. This was all done very efficiently. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
