The telephone is always answered by someone who speaks clearly and who can take you from beginning to end of the call with our constantly putting you on hold or transferring you. I use more than once service from Saga as each expert phone operator provides the same good service and follow-up emails arrive promptly. The cost is fair and clear no hidden items or extras. I was really surprised when I looked up the costings of Driver Insurance... How easy it was to navigate the website and the price differential from the old policy, nearly £80 cheaper .than my previous provider Aviva Really impressive! the documents arrived as an additional requested option through the post on time.
