Good value coupled with excellent Customer Service

Telephone calls are always answered promptly, and by a real person! Staff are courteous and professional, happy to clarify aspects of the policy where needed. There appears to be no extra cost for running an older (tho well-maintained) car. As an older driver, I feel more valued with Saga. I'm happy to renew each year. Thank you. Fantastic Company and prices are very good what I love is the way I was treated on the phone ( which is very unusual) Saga staff care, patience and help with anything you ask, really best insurance I have ever dealt with, when you have driven for 60yrs we require a Company like Saga who listen and help the elderly which is the main reason I stayed with them, so a Big Thank You.
