Saga insurance

Extremely polite and and helpful staff. Usually straight through on the telephone without lots of optoons on the various 'menus'. And I've been guaranteed that in case of repairs, the insurers will use a main agent garage i.e. the manufacturers agent. A great plus factor in ensuring a quality repair. Saga - What can I say?? they are so friendly, helpful and informative when you ask about insurance both for the car and the house contents. I have no hesitation in recommending them as from my own experience they make insurance cover so easy, not like the complicated companies we have dealt with in the past. No hassle, straightforward consultants, always willing to answer questions/clarify quote, quotes always reasonable.
