Excellent Customer Service

Recently my home insurance came up fro renewal. I was under the impression that my debit card details had been stored on the company's website but for some reason they hadn't. I missed the email advising me of payment problems but Saga kept my house insured for several weeks before I noticed the problem. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and efficient and sorted everything out immediately. Very impressed with their service. Reviewed on: 25th September 2021
