Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for 3 years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the year, you won't be charged a cancellation fee.

A zero problem provider

Saga provide my home insurance and in May 2019, someone nearly destroyed my garage by driving in to it. Saga dealt with all the car insurance issues etc and my claim was totally trouble free together with excellent standards of work on the repairs Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Simple to organise

The website is user friendly for we more mature . Also backed up with good people on the telephone no long waits with innappropiate music. Feel sure that should I have occassion to call on it , it will be quickly and sensibly resolved. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Household claim

I have only made one claim, for a damaged carpet. Saga acted very quickly and did not quibble. Payment was made very quickly, I have currently 3 insurance policies with them and have the benefit of a fixed price for 3 years. What more could I ask. Excellent company to deal with. Shame if you aren't over 50!!!

I now have my car and home insurance with Saga. Their policies are excellent, as is their customer service, no pressure this or the other option, AND YOU GET TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE!!!! Yes, I know it's counted as shouting, but other companies seem oblivious to this huge difference. I had a small claim this year and it was handled brilliantly - the proof of greatness is how they deal with claims and customers. They give 110%, I can ask for no more.
