Needed to claim for extreme circumstances

Needed to claim for extreme circumstances on cancelling 2 holidays, l rang for advice on what paperwork was required the person understood the nature of the problem and gave us the answer. When we had the necessary documents I contacted again and the claim was sorted no problem it is really good to talk to people who understand what is going on the other side of the conversation, and to be very empathetic. Great cover including health issues

I have lots of health issues including open heart surgery and saga covered it all at a reasonable price and were very helpful when we equator possibly cancelling, which luckily we didn’t have to do. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
