Customer wait time is unacceptable

Customer wait time is unacceptable, especially when you are an existing policy holder wanting to provide answers to questions posed by SAGA. I was on hold for for thirty minutes, then simply cut off - twice. So that is an hour of my life, I won't get back. I tried the online chat. Once I managed to get passed your "AI", again it was an unexceptionally long wait before somebody responded. Very disappointed in this level of service. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
