The 80s with medical problems

Those over 80+ with medical problems have great difficulty obtaining travel insurance at an acceptable price. However Saga travel Insurance makes the impossible possible without any major hassle or third degree but with a huge amount of friendly, expert advice and settles claims equally efficiently and amicably. Easy to contact, webchat excellent, staff knowledgable.

Easy to contact via phone, their webchat function is particularly useful when phone wait times are busy. SAGA customer support/quotation staff were very knowledgeable and patient especially for us older folk. all in all I'm happy I movd to SAGA Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

good service when updating policy

had an annual policy and when prescribed a new medication, phoned to update. had to pay small increase but agent was very professional and empathetic. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025
