Help when needed

Having contracted Covid on holiday, we found Saga Customer Service very good.After a fairly traumatic time, saga got us home. The last gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful, giving us 2 choices of route home. Safa also settled our claim fairly quickly. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Excellent customer service
