Traumatic experience

They cancelled my insurance policy immediately when I added diagnosed with breast cancer 5 days before my holiday. I was traumatised, they then said if I paid them £3,000. I could go on my holiday. Reviewed on: 10th August 2025

SAGA's got your back

I've had the opportunity to witness a first hand experience with how SAGA treat their customers. I must say SAGA Travel Insurance go beyond their limits as it's first priority is ''CUSTOMER FIRST'' and delivering exceptional services. One of the key point I love about SAGA is that while many companies focuses on the younger generation, SAGA chooses to go for the over 50s and this gives a form of relief knowing when I get older, there are some companies like SAGA who's gat my back as the phase can be overwhelming at times and not knowing what to do with the free time when I retire.
