Good customer service

The Santander credit card has a good level of interest rate and does not charge any interest if you pay the balance off in full. As a Mastercard it is accepted in most shops and locations. i have only had to contact their customer service department once and got through quickly and they were very helpful. Good account

A Caring Bank

They always have time for you and help out if in financial difficulty. They help me by changing my banking options which allows me not to go overdrawn and now never end up paying banking fees. So Than you Santander. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
