I cannot recommend enough !

I had been with a rival bank for my entire adult life - I only knew how one bank worked ! I changed to Santander about 8 months ago and I am so impressed ! The baking is so user friendly - they have so many security features that I find useful - they tell you when you last logged in and what you looked at so you will be able to see instantly if someone may have accessed your account - when you use the cashpoint you can have a receipt emailed to you - the customer service is excellent - add to this that you receive interest and cashback on your bills - it cannot be beaten ! ABC easy as 123 - current account!

I love my current account the only thing I would change is how when your 16 you can get an overdraft. I think that at 16 years old you shouldn't be-able to spend money that you don't actually have in your account. I am 19 now but I remember when this happened to me it was only £2.62 but I didn't realise until my statement came through. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

good customer service

I have been with this bank for a number of years. I am very pleased with the competitive interest rate offered for the 123 Account. Initially on set up of the account it took a little longer than desired to receive my cheque book to gain access to my money - this was very quickly dealt with and I was offered a substantial amount of money (I think) for compensation for my inconvenience. This has happened on another occasion when I wasn't happy and again rewarded in money for my inconvenience. I think , for me, they are a very understanding bank and I am very happy with both interest rate and customer service.
