Well packaged current account

Like most current accounts the benefits have reduced in recent years, but I believe 123 still offers a reasonable package of incentives as well as an efficiently managed banking service. The customer service has undoubtedly improved beyond measure in recent years - putting it among the top high street banking providers in my opinion Reviewed on: 14th March 2021

Careful staff and attentive to details

The staff at branch is careful with details and make sure every step is done properly. I could imagine if the same process is done in other banks, the staff will just say ok to everything but ends up messing the whole process and requires me to go back to handle it again. Thieves

£1400 was paid into my account by direct bank transfer yesterday morning. It is cleared when it arrives but Santander have decided to hang onto it. It is not showing as cleared and I cannot access MY money. I cannot pay important bills, including the food bill for my special needs son. I have phoned, emailed, used their facebook page but all the response I get is that it is being looked into. I don't want it looked into. I want my money. I am so glad I didn't switch my main account to these charlatans. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

I have had two 123 accounts for many years and have never had a problem. I can't fault them in any way, whether face to face, over the phone or online. Interest rates good too. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
