Good cashback

The cashback on bills, together with interest, means you earn more from this account than many others. Reviewed on: 13th January 2022

Easy use

App is very easy to use. Sending money feels safe and the app makes sure you always feel comfortable before transferring any money. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Not worth the money, operationally adequate though

I used to keep it for interesting cashback offers (such as shop at Coop for 10% cashback), with those paying monthly fee was OK. Now offers are irrelevant, and cashback from utility bills only covers monthly fee and is not worth it Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Previously good current account

Until they reduced the cash back and raised the fees this was a really good account. Only still with it because they're a really useful bank for me personally, but otherwise I'm sure there are plenty of other options out there. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Efficient bank

Having held accounts with Santander for over 10 years, I am yet to experience any of the problems I have with certain other major banks (HSBC). I have always found the app and website efficient and easy to use. On the odd occasion I have dealt with staff, they have always been well-informed and professional. The only downside is that their accounts are not as competitive as they used to be. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Best value

Been with Santander for over 20 years as it has been consistently best value for money. Online banking is easy to set up and do. Overdraft limits and decreases sorted online in seconds. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

The cashback is welcome

The cashback we receive is welcome. We have the "lite" version of the account as recommended by Money Saving Expert. The app could maybe be better: it doesn't allow searches and payees are not ordered alphabetically when paying something. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Great customer service!

I’ve been banking with Santander for a few years now and I find their customer support is impeccable! Any queries they are always quick to resolve and very kind. And I find their app really easy to use. Reviewed on: 9th January 2022

Great if you have utility bills

I’ve had a great experience with Santander and I’ve had no issues for the many years I’ve banked with them. To be rewarded with a small percentage of my utility bills is definitely a help that you don’t get from a lot of other current accounts. I would definitely recommend to a bill paying friend.
