Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support and understanding of peoples needs in difficult times Reviewed on: 17th November 2018

123 always adds up

The 123 account gives money back when your set up direct debits are paid from your account. There is a £5 monthly charge but your account always earns more than this. It is very much a case of having something for nothing. Reviewed on: 17th November 2018

If it isn't broken don't fix it

I have found the 123 account to be really positive. The ability to make money each month has been very helpful with getting cashback on my household bills, plus 1.5% on the balance. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Good and flexible bank account
