Good rewards, but not as high interest as in the past

Good rewards and improved banking app, but not as high interest as in the past. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great everyday account

Good for cashback on household bills and pays decent interest if you have a healthy balance. Overall, I think I've been better off keeping this account than getting new customer bonuses moving around to loads of different banks. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Not as attractive as it used to be

I haven't had any problems at all with my account, so can't comment on customer service from that side, so that's good. Mostly positive, my only criticism it that the account isn't as attractive as when I first joined due to the introduction of a monthly account fee. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018
