Good rate of interest

I've had this current account for many years. Although the interest rate is not as good as when the account was first launched, I am still receiving a good rate of interest on my balance and it is paid monthly into my account. Great way of getting more out of your money

While this account used to be a lot better with more interest and a lower monthly fee, it is still a good account to get an extra bit of cash when you have up to £20,000 in your account. Reviewed on: 4th February 2018

Bank charges for thier own mistakes

Bank charge in error, then charged daily as the original charge took me over drawn on a new account. Tried to sort at a branch, but absolutely no ability in the branch to do anything. Awful, avoid Reviewed on: 4th February 2018

savings rate slashed

Offered a wonderful 3% interest on savings up to 20K then once customers moved their business to them slashed it to 1.5% Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018
