Today Natalie Macdonald has been the Face of Scottish Building Society and as such deserves to be awarded 11 out of 10 by her Line Manager. I have been unable to access my online ISA account since February 21st. After four attempts by staff unable to sort the problem Natalie has today resolved the situation with care and understanding Thank you so much Natalie. It has been a very frustrating and trying time.
