I had 2 months of very stressful communication with the previous co. my ISA was with. After many calls it eventually got transferred. They were kind and caring to me, above the call of duty. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I was contacted re. my matured savings bond. I had inadvertently responded too late but I was advised that the money could be reinvested into a different bond with lower rates. Clearly explained to me and the new bond certification arrived the next day. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
