Traditional, modernising, dependable

I like that the society is Scottish and local. Although online systems could be improved - bond matured on 21/08/24 but new bond did not appear online until 24/08/24. Current expectations would be faster processing. Overall though, excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 29th August 2024
