Online: easy to access with products completive. On site: staff friendly with good customer service. Office base in Edinburgh very central and pleasant to visit. Phone enquiries answered with good telephone manner and helpful. Reviewed on: 18th September 2025

Professional, Friendly, helpful

I like the fact I have a local branch and the staff there are great. No issues at all. My gripe is that you don't email, text your customers to advice of closures for whatever reason. For events or conferences. I have been caught out a couple of times like this Its all very well putting notices up in the branch and asking me to check the website is not acceptable and shouldn't be necessary.
