Friendly local service

Like an old fashioned sweet shop and very friendly.

Good, Old-fashioned, Service

Good branch presence (Central) face to face staff passbook and certificates issues N' wide no longer issue these. Direct T/C Access to branch or being transferred via call centre if a branch issue would be better. Reviewed on: 15th August 2025

Accessible, Efficient, Helpful

I like branches and the ability to go when there and see/speak to people face to face; I like the ability to call branches and speak with staff who know me; I like no centralisation of back office tasks; I like it is Scottish!
