I’ve been really impressed with Scratch & Patch’s customer service. Their team is friendly, compassionate, and easy to reach, which makes the whole process much less stressful. Setting up a policy was simple, and when I had a question, I was able to speak to someone helpful right away. The claims process was straightforward and quick, with updates along the way and payment handled efficiently. I also appreciate their 24/7 Vet Careline, which gives extra peace of mind if something happens outside of vet hours. Overall, they’re transparent, supportive, and genuinely seem to care about pets and their owners. Highly recommended! Plus their aesthetic for the website is so cute! Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
