The sign up procedure for this company was very easy. The website is clear and concise. I’ve not used the customer service or had to make a claim, so I couldn’t comment on an of those points. Reviewed on: 28th August 2025

Smooth process

I have only been with scratch and packs for seven months and my dog developed a little mole type lump on the back of his leg that turned out to be cancerous. He was at the vets at the mole was removed and all healed up and it was quite a smooth process.. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Steer clear!.

Absolute joke of a pet insurance company. Took weeks and weeks to try and make up an excuse not to pay out on a claim, even going against experienced veterinarians factual information and advice. Will 100% not be recommending scratch and patch to anyone. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025
