I have an ISA and a savings Bond. All communication is clear and helpful. I informed Shawbrrok that I had been scammed and my connected current account at Santander had been compromised. The helpful advisor on the phone has tempoarily frozen my account, I can unfreeze it at any point I feel any danger has passed Reviewed on: 31st January 2026
