I have had little reason to contact Shawbrook direct...

I have had little reason to contact Shawbrook directly but on the occasions when this was necessary the attention given quickly resolved any difficulty. The bank is good at keeping in touch with regular email contact to explain or remind of future changes so that I am always up to date with my accounts.
