ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

A great place to save and grow your money.

The Shawbrook online site is easy to use enabling me to achieve what I want to do hassle free every time I visit. I particularly like the secure messaging from within my account and the prompt responses from the team at the other end when I ask a question. I have literally had no problems and as they say, the savings rates are competitive. So I would recommend Shawbrook to anyone looking for a place to save and grow their money. Clear and flexible - overall great experience

Clear and flexible terms for savings products that allow either reinvestment of interest or taking it as income - so many other providers have restrictions around this. Online experience is very good, with registration and deposit of funds so simple. Excellent savings rates of interest
