ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

very very poor customer service when you call them.

very very poor customer service when you call them. Their staff are not very well train and half of the time your query did not get solve on first attempt. Also when you try to contact them via online secure message, your query get answer on more than 5 days. very very poor customer service against Average rate offer on savings.
