Great rates and excellent customer service

Very straightforward process to open an account with great investment rates. Fast response to my query which was answered to my satisfaction. Communication is also automated to give reassurance that deposits have reached the account. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024

Recently opened a Savings Account and a Cash ISA with this Bank. I found the process easy to follow, and most efficient. It all went smoothly and without a hitch, which is most re-assuring if they are looking after my hard earned money.
