ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Five Star Experience

With Shawbrook bank I have enjoyed three years of competitive monthly interest payments together with prompt replies when I have made enquiries regarding my account. I will be transferring my ISA account I hold with another bank to Shawbrook when it matures this April. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

Best bank I have used!!

I have had an Instant Access account with Shawbrook for several years now. Interest rates have always been at a high level. the website is easy and clear to use and there has never been any delay when moving money.
