ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Value for money.

You get a super interest rate and you can withdraw money whenever you need to. I believe my money is safe and secure and would recommend the saving rate to faily and friends. What more is there to say. Excellent. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

Choosing a New Savings Account

In looking for a new savings account Shawbrook provided excellent information on their products but almost more importantly a very competitive interest rate.
