Friendly and thorough customer service

Having been almost scammed by a rogue person claiming to be Shawbrook (he used a name Daniel Thomson with email address [email protected]) I double checked online email addresses and telephone numbers for Shawbrook. I then contacted customer services and spoke to a lovely advisor called Yetunde. She was so helpful and explained all the security and further measures taken to set up an account with them. I successfully went on to take out a savings account with them at a good rate and am very happy with their service. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

High Quality Cash ISA Provider

Set up a Cash ISA with Shawbrook Bank in September 2023. The fixed rate was very competitive and it was easy to set up the account. I would use Shawbrook Bank again if their rates remain competitive. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
