The Ronseal Bank - Does Exactly What It Says On The Tin

Initial sign up for the savings and ISA accounts was simple, straightforward and fast after all the security checks, with just the right balance of online application and personal interaction. Updates, interest payments and withdrawals happen as they should with no drama. Communications are limited (via text or email) to those advising of new, higher featured products and services, nothing spurious or intrusive. Would definitely recommend. It’s quite a daunting experience to entrust your savings to a bank outside the usual big name banks. Thankfully Shawbrook delivered everything they said they would in terms of rates and dates. Their website is easy to use and their personal service by phone is also excellent. I was more than happy to continue saving with them when they offered a higher rate.
