ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Simply the best for ISA and Savings Accounts.

I have had ISA and Savings. with Shawbrook Bank for some time and the big advantage for me is that I get my interest monthly. I have recommended Shawbrook to other friends and family as I have found the interest rates to be great. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
