Over the last few years have taken out 1yr savings bonds with Shawbrook. The process has been easy to process on line, with assurances from swift and informative e-mail confirmation. Unfailingly helpful and great products.

I have been with Shawbrook for 11 years now and they have always provided exceptional customer service. It has been responsive, swift and has produced excellent results. I have been in touch by email, in writing and on the phone and they have been unfailingly proactive.
