Shawbrook Bank - easy and intuitive saving experience

Came across this bank on "This is Money" and it suits my needs perfectly. I wanted an online savings platform and the Shawbrook website is very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to navigate, competitive rates of interest, helpful customer service. have been with Shawbrook off and on for quite a few years and never had a problem. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026

Helpful customer service

They really helped when I had a low interest fixed rate ISA, allowing me to move it without penalty. As I result, I've kept the initial investment with them and saved more in a further product. Good customer service breeds loyalty. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
